dnssec-trigger software package provides reconfiguration tool to make DNSSEC work, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dnssec-trigger
dnssec-trigger is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dnssec-trigger package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dnssec-trigger *
You will get with dnssec-trigger package name, version, architecture and description in a table
